How to begin working with us:
- Submit a completed Client Profile & Order Form.
- Sign a client agreement.
- Provide us with DOL requested payroll,Federal & State Tax information. We will send you a customized request based on your filled out order form.
- We run ads on your behalf and write up candidate summaries.
- We secure visas at the American Embassy.
- Conduct preliminary screening of candidates through in-depth interviews.
- Recruit / screen employees in foreign source country according to the job description submitted.

Our program is a free service that helps match international students with seasonal employment opportunities in the USA.
Most of our Work & Travel USA participants Speak English as their first language.
They will be able to commence work as early as May 5th and as late as October 30th.
They are available for a variety of entry-level position, including

●Retail

Our international participants are college or university students.
We accept only the most skilled and motivated students into our program.
H&M takes care of:
●Screening and interviewing
●Testing for English fluency
●J-1 Visa applications and work authorization
●Travel arrangements
●Orientation
●Medical and accident insurance
●24-hour emergency assistance
How it Works
1.Fill out the Employer Registration Form enclosed
2.We will arranged a meeting either at the employer's property or by Skype (at the employers choice)
3.We'll send you profiles of international students who meet your needs
4.Tell us who you want to hire
5.We handle the rest

For employers recruiting 20 or more employees, we arrange job fairs.At which the employers or their representatives will be able to meet with the students.This will allow student to select their jobs.Booking accommodation for employers is free!
